Common questions
How do payments work?
When you ask to book, the amount is held on your card and not taken. It is taken when the owner says yes, kept safe by our payments partner Stripe while the job happens, and sent to the owner when the job is done.
How do I get a verified badge?
Open Profile → Verification and complete the identity check. Verification is handled by our partner Didit; once approved, a verified badge appears on your profile.
How do I set up payouts?
You are asked when there is money to send. Three short questions in the app: who you are, where you live, and your sort code and account number, which go straight to Stripe. After that, money is sent on its own.
How do I report or block someone?
Every profile and listing has a menu with Report and Block options. Reports are reviewed by our team, and blocking immediately stops contact.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile and anonymises your personal data. If you can't access the app, email us and we'll help.
