Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kreatex app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Kreatex

You must be at least 17 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. What Kreatex is

Kreatex is a marketplace that connects people who want to book studios, equipment and creative crew ("hosts") with people who provide them ("creatives"). Kreatex is not a party to the agreements made between users; we provide the platform, discovery, messaging and payment tooling.

3. Bookings, payments and escrow

• Payments are processed by Stripe. By transacting you also agree to Stripe's terms.
• Funds for a booking are held in escrow and released to the provider once the work is confirmed or signed off, according to the booking's milestones and completion policy.
• Kreatex may charge a platform fee, which is shown before you confirm.
• Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the applicable listing and booking terms.

4. Your content and conduct

You are responsible for the content you post (listings, images, messages, reviews). You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content;
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity, work or availability;
• Circumvent the platform's payments or escrow, or attempt to defraud other users;
• Scrape, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.

You retain ownership of your content and grant Kreatex a licence to host and display it to operate the Service. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour: you can report content and block users in-app, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Verification and reviews

Identity verification badges and reviews reflect activity on Kreatex. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine bookings. We may remove reviews that violate these Terms.

6. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or create risk for the community.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kreatex is not liable for the acts of other users or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
